We watch your website around the clock. If it goes down, uptime monitoring tells us – every 15 minutes, in every package. Emergency support is Mon–Fri on Basic, 7 days a week on every other package. We keep daily backups for 30 days on Basic, 60 days on Security and Security & Speed, 90 days on Turbo – so we can restore quickly.
Yes. We also look after WordPress websites other people built. Before we start, we review what's there – including Custom Code, if any. That way both sides know what we're taking on.
A support minute is our team's working time on your website and in hosting – for example changing copy, swapping images, adding a subpage, checking an existing integration, programming a new feature or updating the PHP version. Basic includes no support minutes; Security includes 30, Security & Speed 45 and Turbo 60 minutes a month. The allowance is monthly – if it isn't enough for your request, we tell you beforehand what extra it would take. Setting up a shop from scratch does not count as a support minute.
We roll out security-critical updates immediately , 7 days a week – not just during the weekly update run. Before that comes instant patching via MalCare: when a flaw in WordPress, a theme or a plugin becomes known, MalCare blocks attacks on it at the firewall, usually within hours – even when the vendor has not published an update yet. Plus 24/7 security and the daily malware scan. That keeps the attack window as small as possible.
Between the day a security flaw becomes public and the day the vendor ships an update, there are often several days – and sometimes no update comes at all. Instant patching (also called “virtual patching”) closes that window differently: MalCare puts a rule in front of the flaw and turns exploit attempts away at the firewall, before they reach the plugin. If Custom Code is running on your website, we review it first. That way updates don't surprise anyone, and we know what the care is built on. Drop us a short note, before you book – we'll take a look at what's already there.
Hosting and domain fees are not included – those stay with you or your provider. What is included is the technical work in hosting: for example updating the PHP version, renewing the SSL certificate, or setting up SFTP and SSH access.
Ongoing support for existing integrations counts toward support time: checking, adjusting, fixing issues. Programming a new feature is included too. Setting up or launching a shop is not included – we bill that as a separate project, often via custom development.
