Yes. We also look after websites we didn't build ourselves – for more than seven years, in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, based in Berlin. What matters is access to WordPress or hosting, if you have it.
Ideally WordPress admin and hosting (FTP or file manager, database). If something is missing, we'll tell you in the initial assessment what we need. Without access we can often already narrow down the problem from the public site.
After the repair we recommend a maintenance package: weekly updates, daily backups, 24/7 security and firewall – from 34,90 € per month. Details are on WordPress maintenance.
