A website relaunch is a fundamental renewal of an existing site: design, structure, technology, and often content too. The domain usually stays. A redesign mainly changes the look. In a relaunch we touch the layers that no longer hold – and 301-redirect old URLs so Google doesn't lose you. We charge the same fixed prices as for a new website: 1.999 € to 4.799 € net. Site audit, content we keep where it makes sense, and 301 redirects are included in every package. After that, ongoing costs are just hosting and domain (from about 5 € / month) plus optional maintenance. A 50% deposit is due when we start.

A redesign is enough when the tech and structure still hold and only the look has aged. A relaunch makes sense when WordPress or the CMS is barely maintainable, the site is awkward on mobile, technical debt has piled up, or enquiries have dried up even though the domain already has visibility. Usually 3 to 4 weeks – regardless of the package. Exact timing depends on complexity, how much content there is, and how fast feedback comes. If you need it sooner, rush jobs by arrangement are possible.

Not if the relaunch is planned properly. We map your URLs and set up 301 redirects from old addresses to new ones – not a blanket dump onto the homepage. Strong content stays. Short-term swings in the first weeks are normal; lasting losses almost always come from missing redirects. After go-live we check indexing and Search Console.

When the website no longer carries its goals: dated design, poor mobile view, slow load time, a site nobody touches anymore, falling enquiries, or outdated tech. Rule of thumb in a lot of specialist writing: if three or four of those apply, a relaunch is usually more sustainable than patching a broken base.
