We usually complete projects – regardless of the package you choose – within 3 to 4 weeks . The exact timeline depends on complexity and scope. If you need it sooner, rush jobs by arrangement are possible.

Yes. If you started with AI, that usually produces HTML, CSS and JavaScript – and that's exactly what we like to build on. That's often an advantage, because we're closer to the design you actually want – and we turn it into a professional build. That includes privacy protection, locally hosted Google Fonts, no unnecessary security risks, a fast load time, and WordPress where you can change texts and images yourself. It rarely makes the project cheaper: a draft is usually only a small part of the work a professional, usable website needs.

Yes. You see the first design draft before we write a single line of code. We don't jump straight in – WordPress starts only once the design is signed off.

Our packages start at 1.999 € net for independents and go up to 4.799 € net for larger company sites. Those are fixed prices – no hidden costs. After that, you only pay hosting and domain (from about 5 € / month) plus optional maintenance. A 50% deposit is due when we start.

Offers for a complete website at that price exist, and for some purposes they can work. In our experience a website only pays off when more than the design is right – advice on structure, several drafts and a joint brainstorm. We work with you throughout, ask the partner-level questions and keep the goal in view: more visits, more inquiries, more revenue. We run that creative process here, on site, and we don't outsource any of it. Every website is built in Berlin with our team. Five subpages for 800 € means something has to be cut – usually through highly standardized processes or by outsourcing to outside providers. That's an understandable choice, just not ours. In our view the value from 1.999 € net fair, because you should end up with a website that actually delivers. Now you know where the difference is. Choose the standard that fits you.

Freelancer and Starter include up to 5 subpages, Plus up to 10 and Premium up to 15. If that's not enough, we'll quote you individually – without stretching the fixed price afterwards.

Freelancer includes 2 revision rounds, Starter 3, Plus and Premium each 5. A dedicated project lead is included in every package. Priority delivery starts with Starter.

We recommend it – you know best what makes your company tick. Advice on length, content and placement is included. For an extra fee we can also write the full professional copy. Images, icons, graphics and videos come free through our licenses.

Stock photos and videos come from our own licenses and are included in every package – Freelancer, Starter, Plus and Premium. We embed your own images if you supply them. Custom web development in the Premium package is a separate deliverable and does not add stock photos and videos extra, because they already come with the package.

Yes – hosting and domain are not included in the package price and run at about 5 € per month. For go-live we need access to your domain and hosting.

Yes – that's one of the main advantages of WordPress. You log in and edit texts, images or videos yourself. After the project wraps, you get a short live walkthrough on a video call, so you can manage your website on your own. No prior knowledge required. If you'd rather not handle that yourself, we take care of updates, security and smaller changes through our maintenance packages.

No. We run projects mainly over video calls, email and phone – it's faster and more efficient. We work with companies and organizations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, so you don't need to be on-site in Berlin.

Yes, that's part of the complete package – in all four plans. We work with a premium eRecht24 account and prepare Site Notice and privacy policy to current legal standards. On top of that comes a Cookie banner tool, which we set up. We host Google Fonts locally and work through the eRecht24 checklist of the most common warning-letter risks. We cannot provide legal advice – but you do get a detailed eRecht24 report.

Every package includes Google indexing – so your website can be found on Google. You also get technical SEO – including a load time under 2 seconds, a clean structure and mobile optimization. That lays the foundation for a solid ranking. For keyword research, content strategy and backlinks we gladly recommend experienced SEO partner agencies from our network when you need them.
