You need something custom that doesn't exist off the shelf – a price calculator, a dealer finder? Or does someone do the same work by hand every week, even though it could run itself? We build both. From 500 € net, usually a fixed price.

Custom development
Your idea doesn't have a name yet? Good.
A lot is possible – on the website for your customers, or internally for the team. Here are a few ideas. Yours isn't here? No problem. We'll get creative.
01
Maps, dealer finder, radius search
Locations, dealers, vehicles, branches – visitors filter and land on the right offer. The same works for products, partners or services – always in the design of the website, never as a foreign box.
02
Calculators, configurators, assistants
Visitors put the product together themselves – options, size, variant – and see a price indication right away. The inquiry that reaches you after that is already 80 percent qualified.
03
Data from the system you already use
HubSpot, Personio, Shopify, DATEV, Salesforce, Excel, your ERP – the website pulls the data itself. You maintain it only once. New role, new stock, new price: it shows up on the site on its own.
04
Internal tools – instead of expensive standard software
Instead of a costly program you only use 20 percent of, a lean tool attached to your website. An inquiry from the configurator lands internally with the selection, price and postcode – sales works it there, without a CRM add-on.
Transparent guidance
What having a WordPress plugin built costs.
Small solutions start at 500 € net, most projects land around 1,500 €. The same price tiers apply to automations, and those usually land at the small solution.
Custom development, automation or both: the same pricing logic.
All prices net plus VAT. You get the binding fixed price after a short conversation –
before that, it costs you nothing. Offer exclusively for companies, freelancers and organizations.
Not included are your hosting costs and fees of the connected systems.
Operations, updates and monitoring are available on request as part of
WordPress maintenance.
Just an example
Build it in front. Automate what sits behind it.
A practice group has 30 to 40 roles online at any time. Every listing used to be maintained twice – once in Personio, once on the website – and then submitted to Google one by one. Today the website does it alone. Saves hours every week. Built for Palabra.
01 · Build
The job listings on the website
An overview of all roles, filterable by region, each with its own page. Plus the schema markup, so the listings appear on Google Jobs for free.
02 · Automate
Every six hours, on its own
Maintained in Personio only. The website pulls the roles in and submits them to Google – new listings reach Google Jobs quickly, expired ones disappear on their own. No AI involved, because the path is the same every time.
When custom development is worth it
The off-the-shelf plugin only covers about 85 percent
Your pricing logic or radius search isn't something you can just buy
The data should come from the system you already use
Someone does the same work by hand every week
The annual license costs more than a lean custom solution
In short: If you have to bend the ready-made product – or someone retypes the same data every week – custom development is usually the shorter path.
When it isn't worth it
Contact form, cookie banner, gallery – those already exist ready-made
A standard plugin meets your requirement 100 percent
It's just another text page or a few more images
The task comes up twice a year – then manual work is enough
A page-builder block is enough – then you don't need us
Honestly: If a ready-made plugin fits or the work is too rare, we'll tell you that in the first call.
Automating means that work someone does by hand on a regular basis now happens on its own. There are two ways to get there – and the difference is simple.
Automation without AI
The path is fixed up front and is the same every time. We program the rule once, then it runs at set intervals – hourly, overnight, weekly. There is nothing to decide, so no AI is needed.
Job listings: pulled from Personio every six hours and submitted to Google Jobs – exactly the example above
Prices and stock: moved from your inventory system onto the website every night
New inquiry: lands in the CRM as a contact, with a task for the right colleague
How you spot it: You can put the task in one sentence – "whenever this happens, do that". Then a rule is enough.
Automation with AI
Worth it when a person used to read and judge – because every case looks different. The AI assesses, assigns and drafts, based on your own texts and criteria. Nothing goes out unless a person approves it.
Reviews: praise or criticism? The topic is identified and summed up for the product team every week
Inquiries: a fit for your criteria or not – plus a friendly rejection or a ready-made draft reply
Price list as a PDF: the numbers are read, your markups applied, the new prices queued for approval
How you spot it: You would have to say "it depends" – only once someone has read the content is it clear what should happen.
Most of the time the two belong together: the rule fetches the data, the AI judges the case. What is enough in your case is something we tell you in the first call – and the simpler option is also the cheaper one.
From real projects
Three examples, live on the web.
A dealer finder, a price calculator and an automation – live and checkable. Not the full list.
WordPress plugin
Ahorn Camp · dealer finder
There was already a solution on an existing plugin. It was sluggish and never quite the way it should be. So we built a custom WordPress plugin: lean, in the design of the site, as usable as they wanted. Anyone searching finds the available vehicle right away.
That's the automation from above, live: jobs are maintained only in Personio – not created again in WordPress. New role in Personio, and it's on the website, including job metadata and indexing for Google Jobs. Nothing left to touch. Across many practices and constantly changing listings, that saves dozens of hours.
A tailored calculator that asks exactly the questions that matter – and already checks whether the inquiry is in the service area. Sales sees the context up front and can pass the request on internally. The page leads interactively – that brings more, and better, inquiries.
Custom development and automation follow the same path. You see something clickable early, instead of waiting weeks for a result. Everything runs over video call, email and phone. Usually 1–3 weeks until it goes live.
STEP 01
Clarify idea & data
What should the function do, and where do the data live today? After that you get a fixed price – before anything is commissioned.
STEP 02
Prototype
After a few days a first clickable version is ready, with real test data. You tell us what's missing before we finish the build.
STEP 03
Build & integration
We build the function in the design of your website – as a plugin or straight into the page – and attach the automation if one belongs with it. Then the connection, hardening, and a test with real data.
STEP 04
Launch & care
We go live, hand over the code and give you a short intro on a video call. On request we keep watching the function afterwards and reach out before you notice the issue.
Honestly
Why this is so much more affordable today.
Because we build with AI. That saves us a substantial share of the work – and we pass that advantage on to you, instead of quietly keeping it. What AI can't do, we tell you just as clearly.
What AI takes on for us
Scaffolding and boilerplate in hours, not days
Help connecting your systems – from HubSpot to DATEV, from Shopify to Excel
Cleaning up and rebuilding old data
Tests nobody used to want to pay for
Prototypes you can click through in days, not weeks
And with that prices that weren't possible three years ago
In practice: A plugin that used to be quoted at 5.000 € often lands at 1.000 to 1.500 € today.
In practice: You usually see the first clickable prototype of your dealer finder after two to three days.
What we never do. We never hand API secrets, passwords or logins to the AI. We always do that by hand. Anything security-critical runs without AI.
What AI can't do
A design that fits your brand and is actually usable
A data structure that still holds in three years
Security: access, permissions, abuse, spam
Getting privacy right instead of just claiming it
Performance when 20 records suddenly become 20,000
Taking responsibility when something is down in the morning
In practice: A quickly generated application form that sends data unprotected to a third-party API is built in minutes – and a genuine privacy problem.
In practice: That's why a human always reviews design, privacy and security before anything goes live.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Not sure whether your idea works?
Describe it in two sentences. We'll tell you straight whether it makes sense, what it roughly costs – and if it would be nonsense, we'll say that too.
A Plugin is an add-on for your website – the feature you're missing. You don't need the technical term: just describe what your customers should be able to do. For very small builds we often code it straight into the page – a dedicated plugin only when that's better for speed, updates or upkeep.
No. A plugin adds something your customers use: a calculator, a map, a search. Automation takes work off your plate that someone used to do by hand – pulling data across, assigning enquiries, loading prices. The two often belong together. We build both, but we name them separately so you know what you're getting.
A fixed rule is enough when the path is always the same: a new job in Personio, and it shows up on the website. You need AI when a decision has to be made along the way: every email, every PDF looks different. The AI reads, sorts and prepares; a human signs off before anything goes out. Rule of thumb: if you could explain the task to a new colleague in three sentences, an AI can usually take it on.
If your team should be able to adjust the flow later, we build it in n8n – visual, easy to follow. If the workflow is fixed and won't change, we code it directly. Make works too; n8n is the cleaner option when you want something visual. That decision happens in the conversation, not beforehand.
Without personal data , it isn't an issue at all: prices, product data, dates, stock. As soon as names, addresses or applications are involved, we look more closely – we do this regularly: processing in the EU, no use for training data, data-processing agreements, as little data as possible. We'll tell you what matters in your case before we start. This does not replace a legal review – we still recommend you get one.
Small builds start at 500 € net. Most projects land around 1.500 € net. A larger system with login and its own database starts at about 4.000 €. The same scale applies to custom development and automation. We usually quote a fixed pricebefore we start.
Most projects are live in 1–3 weeks . You usually see a clickable first prototype within two to three days. The most common delay is missing access to the data source.
Almost anything with an interface or an export can be connected today: HubSpot, Salesforce, Personio, Shopify, DATEV, lexoffice, Excel, SAP and plenty more. Your system isn't on the list? Just ask.
Usually, yes. A feature sits in your website's design, not as a foreign iframe. We hook automation into the form, the calculator or the system you already use – even if someone else built the site. We take a quick look at what's there first.
You do. You get the commented source code and a short write-up. No licence trap, no lock-in.
